HTU Core Workout
Dear fellow students,
We are pleased to introduce: the HTU Core Workout in the Resselhof.
Core exercises – meaning exercises such as planks, sit-ups, and superman, but in a broader sense also squats or burpees – are unfortunately above all one thing: exhausting.
However, there is hardly any better training to prepare the body for the various (mis)loads of everyday life and to prevent many complaints.
To get a good start with this type of training and to keep at it, we want to give it our all together outdoors and with motivating music. For every exercise, there are different levels of difficulty, so that everyone can find the right intensity.
