Have you never tried Pilates before? Perfect! This event is specifically designed for beginners and anyone who simply wants to give Pilates a try with no obligation.

A certified instructor will guide you step by step through the exercises, explain the basics, and provide individual support during the training. This way, you can safely and enjoyably dive into the world of Pilates.
